Types of factoring The concept of financial factoring is often encountered in practice, which may sound somewhat strange, because in fact all operations in this area are financial. Therefore, financial factoring is a factoring transaction in its classical sense.
There are several classifications of such transactions, according to which we can distinguish the following types of factoring and give their characteristics:
By type of service: with and without financing. When concluding a factoring agreement with financing, a part of the amount under the agreement is paid to the supplier immediately, at the time of the conclusion of the agreement. If we are talking about to the mobile number list for factoring without financing, then in this case the supplier receives funds after a certain period, usually several days;
Upon notification of the parties that a third party is involved in the transaction - factor: open and closed;
By the risk that the factor bears: with and without the right of recourse. If, according to the terms, factoring is concluded with recourse, then the factor can write off part of the debt that may arise if the buyer does not pay for the goods. With factoring without recourse, this possibility is not provided, therefore, the difference between factoring with recourse and without recourse in the level of risk;
By location of participants in transactions: internal, when all participants territorially belong to one country and international.
